Registerfly.com has been unable to renew domains for over a week now.

Even after several hours on hold on talking with their customer support, they are claim they are unable to renew any domain because of technical problems.

If you are experiencing similar problems, then please file a complaint at http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi

I'm having the same problem but I have no reply from their support team at all. I'm starting to think of moving all my domains from there. I just need to find out where to. Any suggestions ?

Move to Moniker. You won't be disappointed ...

Unfortunately, I have been a bit away from the forum and I've spent $30 renewing domains which are on the expired list. Asking for a refund will probably freeze my paypal account until everything is solved. But if I don't ask for a refund I'll lose my money.

I never had problems with regfly before, but after this I never more want anything with them.

I renewed 8 names at regfly 21 days ago... 5 had expired recently and 3 were renewed before expiration (only 1 day before).

Still waiting after 21 days.. DNS has changed to enom parking...

I've tried numerous times to contact by support tickets and phone.

I will be moving my names away from them as soon as I can. And I'll never buy another name from them again in my life. If I buy a name that is regged there, it must be transfered out first.

Never again...

This is borders on criminal behavior/theft.

Thank you for the link... I sent a report.

When will you people learn!?

Well I have been using registerfly for years.. and this is the first time that I have had any MAJOR problems.. Usually it has been minor stuff that could be fixed with a support ticket/or phone call.

Registerfly is one of the worst registrars. When they need more members, they lure people in with the 75c per .info deal, then they hand you bad service.

You want to move them??? Now thats funny, ive been trying to get an Auth-Code from them for over a month. Ever see a Auth-Code link in your account? You wont because they dont have any! They want to keep F***ing you over and over, again and again, forever and ever. Well at least till they lose their registrar status.
Ever tried calling their tech. support? Im a really patient person, but after 72 minutes I hung up.:mad2:

I am so glad that I only have 4 domains there :D

Your auth code is in the contact info section.

from you account page: click on your total domains link

from there, click on the domain that you want the auth code for

Then click on the "+" sign to the right of "Domain Contact Information"

Click on configure

at the bottom of the page is your auth code.

Also,
from this page, all you have to do is go to the drop down menu at the top to get auth codes for any of your names.

Hope that helps,
Dave
