this is kind of urgent, I hope someone can help me.
I have located a domain that I bought, and it is at registerfly.
I am trying to pay by paypal.

the thing is, I see a link that says add funds with paypal, and all sorts of payments method come up BUT not paypal.
anyone know anything on how to add funds with paypal with registerfly?

TIA!

That's weird, I don't see it either.

yeah...
and I keep calling them, and I keep waiting. no reply.
domain has expired (no notice sent), so I really need to get that account refilled.

not to mention the non existent email support.
I should never buy domains from people that are regged in these places...

PM sent, buddy. Too bad registerfly's contact guy doesn't have an account
here.

the thing is, you cant.
there is no paypal option once you get there, nor is there one in fun with paypal...

Seeker , can you use the credit card option though? but not paypal?

In your member section there is a link to "add funds" to your account and paypal is an option there to add funds.

sure I can. I have enough CCs to fill my bath tub.
the point is, I dont trust a site that has a 'fund with paypal' link, and it doesnt work.
who am I giving my CC details to?
I have very few domains with them, as in the last year I have been consolidating my domains to 3 registrars.
so, sites like regfly, domainmonkeys, domainzoo, fireman.org, namejuice, nerdnames and a bunch of others etc... have to earn my trust, not take it for granted. I a mean come on, cant they affors a better domain name for there business? and still, let say they are 'branding' (rather creatively), at least offer what you advertize.

it doesnt show paypal.
it shows a bunch of other online payment methods, but not paypal.

Why not call your ccco and tell them to only accept one payment from the company and none after that. Then transfer your name out.

Was just wondering if it is accepting anything at all , as their site is buggy at times , I have used cards there at least 100 times without a problem , but as I say sometimes nothing at all works on their site periodically.

I just recieved an email from registefly on exactly this. They say there designer is working on upgrading and the paypal option should be available within 24hrs.

thanks for sharing!
I never received a reply.

Ah, finally found a response from one of registerfly's people in another forum.
Here's the response:

We expect to have our new alternative payment interface work completed by wednesday. We have also added e-gold to the choice of payment options as of our wednesday release. Sorry for the delay.
