Registerfly. My domains are gone

Hi there everybody,

First of all Merry Christmas.

I'm here to tell my "story" with registerfly. I had a few domains expiring on the 21th and I renewed on the 20th. At least I thought I did because they are showing on the expired list. Now, I paid for it and created a ticket with them but no reply since the 22th.

Any of you have had any problem similar to this one with them ?

If you are like me you should expect an answer within 5-9 days.

Well i have renewed yesterday a domain expired also the last week...have received the confirmation and all and still is on the list of expired domains....this people are very strange....

Yeah, registerfly sucks... they just lost a domain of mine. I have been trying to renew since a month ago and every time it failed. They even took my money but simply didn't update the expiration day. I have tons of tickets created and they said I am abusing their system and thread to suspend my account. They never come back and tell me the reason why it failed. After many hours of phone calls and emails... I finally gave up and I lost the domain as of 12/20/2006.

The bottom line of all this: register early and not at the last minute.
Especially with a registrar like regfly where things can go wrong easily and it takes them days to respond.

DO NOT USE REGISTERFLY!

RegisterFly is a horror story for domainers. Stay clear. They still owe me for double billing from several months ago. Never respond to anything. Anyone actually sucked in by the promise of low pricing I suggest you do a search on "RegisterFly" on the forums.

Thank god i took peoples advice and never even created a account there! or maybe i have? :s but never bought a domain there for sure.

they have good prices for .net/.infos, I haven't had a problem yet,
