Those f*ckers @ r egisterflyare hiding authinfo, I open account by them to get push and want to transfer it to my beloved Namecheap. But when I go in RF panel and choose "send the domain outside RF" - what those f*ckers do ? They sent me a f*cking email to open account by them. Than I contacted their "live support" and it always breaks connection...they think they can get new customers this way ? Lousy f*ckerz ! Is against ICANN regulation make AUTHINFO difficult to get isn't it ?
I feel better now :)

got a few @ registerfly and I agree their customer service SUCKS ! but your complaint sounds eve nmore annoying

Some people have a problems with em , but i've had very good experiences with their customer service.

Yes they replied OK and they told will consider to make the EPP codes easy to obtain (as i.e. namecheap or Sedo has).
I also appologized to them as following:
I owe You an apology, because it seems I do not need
AUTHINFO code for transfering .com domains, but still believe
the authinfo code should be easy accessible like namecheap has.
Also should be mentioned, how to transfer domain out of the RF
in the help, and I do not mean the way it is now: sending email
with call to open and RF account. Normal, honest way, how
to send domain to another registrar.
