What do you guys think about registering a .net for a term that has an ovt of XX,XXX when the .com is taken but not established, and hasn't been for a year

I have alot of faith that I could hit the search engines quickly!

I doubt he'll sell the .com .. been regged for 2 years nothing on there whats so ever. Plus, Im hesitant to do that because Ive known people who have gotten offers for their .com's .. turned it down and went to reg the .net , just because..

So, im trying to avoid that :-)
