Registrar lock

I'm wanting to start marketing my .mobi domains straight away but th thing i fel would put people off is the lock thingy, are all new .mobi reg's subject to a 2 month registrar lock?

ICANN's policy is 60 days on all domain names, not just .mobi.

I think the best thing would be to wait then i suppose, can you transfer internally within your registrar or is it a total lock down?

You can still transfer them internally at your registrar, you just cant change registrar for 2 months.

To transfer internally at same registrar means PUSH.

To transfer between two registrars means Transfer.

Is it right?
