I've been watching some domains that are dropping soon, one of their status is 'REGISTRAR-LOCK' –what does it mean?

And what is 'PENDINGRESTORE'?

That means you are outta luck getting the name through the drop because someone just paid handsomely to have the name restored to the original registrant and renewed it.

that one isnt even in "REDEPTIONPERIOD" yet, so no telling what might happen...

...other than it isn't going to become available any time soon!

Thanks, another question, sometimes the WHOIS info of an expiring domain can't ne found, have any idea what might happen to it?
