I have some domains through a resell.biz reseller, a couple days ago I learned that I can not edit my domain nameservers, and could not see the EPP codes, my local registrar said that the names disapeared from cpanel, after I sent mail to resell.biz to confirm ownership then the names back to my local registrar cpanel. I can see also the EPP code. Then I try to transfer one of them out, but failed. it because the name come back but the status are suspended.
I check my other name, it is a 3 character.com. I want to transfer out but I can not see the EPP code. No I am waiting news from my local registrar. I search on google "uk2 group dnforum.com" and land on this thread. Anybody here could help me?

they are quite big in terms of a uk registrar but they are amongst the worst registrars on the planet

i've been dealing .uk domains for a decade so i know and had horrors with them

you must know them? (to Dale)

i can provide a few threads on here to about what pigs they are. also good luck trying to transfer out. it will cost you. this ditlev character has come in and is cleaning them up a bit but tbh they are still bad

avoid at all costs is my review
uk2 and 1 and 1 are the bottom feeder.
tbh the UK is terrible for registarrs. you know we're f*cked when 123reg are one of the more reliable rofl

also use U.S registars for anything but .co.uk

Maybe you are talking of domains managed through uk2.net instead of resell.biz
maybe their uk2.net management interface doesn't give the option to unlock and/or get auth codes?

resell.biz in managed using LogicBoxes, this software manages the locking/unlocking and the auth codes, i was able to transfer in and to transfer out without any problem.

stick to well known registrars imo as unless the domain is special you are selling many domainers will swrve a crappy registrar.
its tough selling right now, you need as many plus points as poss
