Speaking during the ceremony, Mrs Barton-Dock said 90 per cent of the envelope of the second project will be destined for rice, maize, palm oil, pig and poultry farming as well as cassava while 10 per cent will be used for innovating projects in the domains of coffee, cocoa and horticulture.
