?? Jeff, what are you asking?

We have people set up to sell the service - they are "affiliates (independent contractors). In the past we offered to anyone who was interested in reselling the service that same offer.

Now we are selling the service itself. What part of that are you not clear on and why would you ask me

"are you really having family problems this time? " as if we stated that in the past?

( you shouldn't insinuate that there is something covert going on here...if you have a direct question just ask me by pm...don't try to screw up my thread by suggesting that I have made a similar offer in the past)

p.s. jeff, i didnt say i had family problems. i said i have family issues. we had a death in the family and it has caused me to rethink some of my "time" as it relates to my own family.

the remote backup service is a licensed product and it "calls home" daily. it can only be run on one computer so there is no possibility of duplicating the software.

Everyday people post looking for sites that are established that they can buy cheap. I have at least two of those in this thread. They are established sites making money that need some attention to take them to the next level.

These are all turn-key sites and services ready to go.

But if the site will break even (in one year) with what you are selling it for, WHY SELL IT?

You could have a constant revenue stream..

hey dd,

i just have to much on my plate and really need to trim back to focus on some personal stuff that is more important to me right now. and quite frankly i hate to see sites (like ncautomall) which I think has a lot of potential just sitting. i've had the site since 1997 and just have never found enough time to really "work" the site for income...always on to other projects.

i would be happy to dig out any proof required on the income...i know you didint ask for it but it is available for the asking for a buyer.

thanks dom...if ncauto isnt sold soon i might hold on to it. i'm finishing a local portal and think i could make it triple the income just by plugging in some of the traffic from that site once it's running well. i really think i'm going to cut back to just a few sites. lifes to short to bang away at this computer all the time. -

heres the portal....i'm hoping i can get it jumping in the next year or two. its basically just a template..then i hacked out the "stuff" they added like news and weather and added better scripts and sources to replace what was there. its not done...still need to get rid of some of the links and replace them with more affiliate stuff and some of my own but should be ready in a couple weeks.
