Congratulation to Compana and (Jeff Baron).. they are #1 in daily changes, only it's pretty hard to register 130 thousand names and delete half in the same day. Looks like they are testing dictionaries of search queries and typos for traffic using the 5 day 'get your money back if you delete' grace period through the registry.
No complaints here.. just an observation and a question. I thought Verisign limited the amount of names you can delete under the auto-delete 5 day grace period to 5% or so of your daily registered volume (your registrar registers 1000 names in a day and you can delete 5% or 50 per day like this). Has this rule changed, if so why aren't more people doing this? Seems like a pretty sure, low cost way to acquire traffic names that convert. Also I have a few million potential names I would not mind testing.
