Normally I would tend to agree with you. But there is some serious issues raised here.

First, the information is a matter of the public WHOIS database.

Secondly, I appreciate your concern over privacy.

Thirdly, EJS has found something that needs to be called to the attention of all potential bidders. That is, who really owns this domain?

I think it is fair question and I applaud EJS for digging a little deeper and alerting other members on this forum to a potential fraudulant listing.

Now, EJS must prove his case. And NYdomain can not merely dismiss this issue by telling EJS to keep his money.

Twelve posts, and you are calling my professional into question? If a Mod thinks it's "not professional" to post PUBLIC information, they can edit it. I think it is a valid question - one that was not addressed by the poster. You are the person who unprofessionally posted comments in a sales thread.

What do I have to prove? I placed a bid and posed a question. My bid was declined and the poster didn't address the WHOIS issue.
