Reseller access to accounting???

Hi,

I established a reseller account with siliconhouse.net, just so I could purchase .in domains at a discount. The control panel is awful. Whenever I deposit funds to purchase additional domains, there is no option that allows me to see my transaction with Silicon. So, unless I keep a running tally of my remaining funds, I would not know how much $ remains (until I get an email warning), nor would I know how much they charged me for 3rd level domains.

Am I missing something? Although I've chatted with reps a few times...they could never answer the question of where on the control panel can I get access to my transactions with them. It's basic access to accounting information...

I'd appreciate any help. Perhaps I'm missing something very simple. dunno.
