Reselling Question

After buying several domains, I have heard that it takes 60 days before your can transer the domain to a buyer.
Are there any exceptions to this? Can you transfer within the same registrar?
I would assume you would have to put a disclaimer that says any buyer must take ownership within the same registrar ie.godaddy.

Is this true??

you can push a domain name to another account in the same registrar anytime you want....no 60 day limit

you can't transfer out of the registrar until 60 days has passed since you reg'd the name
