closed Reus.com rough Value? Popular city in spain

I have recenty obtained Reus.com, what do u reckon its value would be?

Its over 10 years old with over 12 mill results in google.

Reus is a popular city in spain with a population over 100k

Any rough valuations would be very greatful

value for end-users sky is the limit

As long as you include details like Google results and the fact that it's a geo domain, I think it can do very well on Sedo. Mid-hi $x,xxx and maybe even more.
