I've got a couple there that expired. I was too slow to get them out.
Now I can't renew because their payment system installs an IE applet that's written entirely in Korean. There's a button in it that says "English" but when I click it I get what I presume is an error message written in Korean and no English at all.
There are a few other options like wire and deposit, but they are also exclusively written in Korean.
Has anyone here successfully renewed with RGNAMES? If so, please let me know how to go about doing it.
I've emailed their support and the [email protected] address listed elsewhere in this forum.
