I don't think he sells many names does he? If this isn't a reason to wait for an enduser what is? At the same time it took 11 years. Congrats!!

If he has even 1,000 names of that nature... 11 years was well worth the wait.

How many people here would have paid $50,000 for that name?
Out of those that would have paid it how many others would have
turned down an offer of $250,000 the next day?

750K was an amazing price

I wonder if this will start another "i" rush?

Please Check the spelling of his name batman

u had it correct above but a typo in your subject line

I wonder if this will start another "i" rush?

My prediction everyone that owns an iyounameanything.com will add two extra zero's to their asking price. This was a bit unique because one of their shows is called ireport

Yes,

More confirmation that Direct Naviation / URL type-in at the Address bar is the way of the future.

CNN is banking on Direct (Address bar) Navigation to recapture this investment

WeBuyTheCom all I read from you here was excellent. I share.

Tony, great chances he taken it to CNN's door or at least actively prepared the sale.
Otherwise how do you explain why he purchased to his previous owner the domain i-report.com (you will share that's a domain of no/low interest). And more when it apears the purchase was done around a year ago, few months after the launch of the CNN service. I think he was simply securing the possible exit doors.

Does CNN need to reinvest? Their CEO probably makes $100 million so $750k is a Kleenex for this company.
