I'm currently building a basic site around this name. Riffa is a luxury golf resort city in Bahrain, also home to the Royal family. If you'd like to buy just the name and build your own site, the name alone is $3,000. If you are able to build your own site (with travel, golf, Bahrain, hotel, etc links), I estimate you could sell the site to a Bahraini bigshot for $20,000 or more (based on a similar sale in the past).
