As the registrar of the domain name, you have the rights to the domain name for the period which you have registered and paid for the domain.
But with rights there are certain obligations that have to be followed:
Provide the registrar with reliable and accurate information.
Represent that you would not use the domain name to infringe any third party’s legal rights.
In case of any dispute regarding your domain name, you will abide by the authority and law where you live and where you registrar is located in mutual consent doing not nothing that offends the law.
