I'm surprised you've had offers on the name-- since rippnlip.com without hyphen is available, they could just reg that. They probably want to buy your fun site as much or more than the name

i suspect what they're looking in Rippn-Lip.com is the existing links on search engines.
approx 1300 search results on Rippn-Lip @ yahoo/google .
and approx 50 search results on Rippn-Lip.com
do a search on it and u'll know.
