will actually read the papers and understand domain name and trademark law.

Maybe that is true of a few NAF judges but many of these panelists who issue questionable decuisions know exactly what they are doing. They often post their decisions on their web sites in order to attract more clients.

He starts off in his dissenting opinion by fabrcating stuff out of thin air:

“As an overall matter, I believe the UDRP was designed to regulate a scarce resource (domain names) rather than to provide a mechanism to protect registered trademarks.”

Feel free to write to these clowns. I already wrote to him and explained that he is supposed to read the ICANN staff report for the UDRP before he starts deciding cases.
