Pushed this to a company for $400, they offered $100, and I countered at $250 but did not hear back.
This is the name of a street in an area that I specialize in for real estate, though the only problem is that it's rather difficult to promote a street name in a .ca to draw the attention of potential buyers or sellers.
Do you think I should take the sure $100? Or wait it out for a better offer?
