HUGE TM issue. And you are correct, they enforce it. With all the knockoff and fake products on the market, Rolex is doing everything they can to protect their brand.

Also the Watchs spelling is wrong. It is suppose to be Watches.. So with the TM issues and wrong spelling this is basically a worthless domain
