I disagree for the below reasons.

From our experience we can say, Roof.top has many end users such as :
1. Great name for Home/Office Roof services or products
2. Ideal for Home Solar System
3. A lot of Hotels and Restaurants market their Roof Top entertainment and food menus

If you see it from that perspective, its worth a buy.
