Nice. I'd say $100 wholesale and without development. Cheap and undervalued based on it's true fundamentals. Of course roses.ws would have been better. The idea with these .ws names is the low cost for the prime keywords. Then when that keyword string is optimized for a site, the benefits are leveraged. I know of .ws sites that are making $x,xxx each month.

$50 undeveloped. I own a lot of .ws domains and agree that they are great for development. But you have to have the right keyword domain for search engines.

indeed a nice name. One of my favorite riding forums is a ws, PR6 http://www.sportbikes.ws/

I'd value this a bit higher than $100, maybe $4-500. deffinately worth a shot emailing the larger E florists.

My guess is that the 6-9K estimate is probably way overvalued, but I would definately agree that it's a $500 maybe even $1000 name
