I would appreciate your appraisals and opinions on Rowhomes(.)com.

I have recently had 3 inquiries on this name and I am interested to know if my value opinions are in line with DNforum opinion.

Thanks in advance.

*****Also, I believe at least one of the inquiries is from a home builder/designer so please let me know your opinions on Resseller and enduser.

wow, it may have a lower google number but that term is very common here- in baltimore there are tons of row homes- i think most cities have them, and probably call them that?

Thanks for the comment.

Yes, I live in the MD area as well and I know the term is quite common in Baltimore and Washington DC.

If you have any appraisal opinions I would be interested to hear them. I am trying to figure out if I should deal this name or hang onto it...my feeling is that I will hang on to it unless a decent offer is proposed.

Yes, everyone in Baltimore knows what a row home is. However, the term used in the real estate business is town house or town home. For some reason the Realtors must think the term "Town House" has a better connotation than "Row Home." I live in a Row Home (and am proud of it), which will "suddenly" become a Town Home if we ever decide to put it on the market.
