Is there someone, who has direct RPP or sharing it with some ICANN approved domain name registrar?

Hello!

To apply need to give near $8000 to icann, have $100 000 (in cash or in cost of equipment) - verisign insurance deposit.

After this you will be able to register domains via RRP for $6 (with some discounts for large amount of domains).

Really it need only for brands and for RRP access only.
But our business is grow and we will be apply for registrar status only to be able using RRP (and may be open in next our registrar service).
