Yes, there are several sites running this script but it is all about how you advertise it. This website already has good traffic na grows daily.
The price of the script itself is $99. No issues with content owners

1. Customizing the template will be very easy. The site is RSS and template driven
2. Right now we have only one template. Building a version 2 of the script which will have 2 more templates and templeting system
3. PHP and Mysql
4. There is a screenshot of the admin are in the thread.
5. Not sure I understand this question. License for the script comes with the sale, aslo free lifetime updates/upgrades
