"Codes" has the most searches from Mexico. 135,000 phrase searches per month. "Cruises" has about half as many, but it has a higher CPC. Drop "rug" and "rats". Spanish would be more appropriate for .mx. But it is possible that programmers in Mexico might search for "codes" in English. It's also conceivable that Mexicans or foreigners in Mexico might search for "Cruises".
I can't tell you if any of these will pay off because .mx is still developing. But the best of the 4 is Cruises.mx because "cruises" are big ticket items.
