For официальныесайты.com, I was thinking of a directory or something along those lines, do you think that would work? Any idea or insight as to why the wordstat results are so high on this one? It has been in the high 600K to low 700K month after month, which is surprising (IMO)

Just my another 2c about арендаквартиры.com -- this name would be very good for a forum, where people duscuss, where/how to rent a flat, because 'арендаквартиры' is more like a verb in Russian. Anyway, this name is a gem.

Wordstat is not 'accurate' in the same fashion as Overture. There are a lot of variables that I will not go into here, but never ever trust the translation at the top - another form of the word or words will change next month. Always seek a respectable translation or at least check US Overture. Any phrase with that high Wordstat would show up high in US Overture.
