the trademark issues are there, and they could probably take the domain from you pretty easily.

I dunno how easy it is to make money off a trademark.org.

If there is a way then I think the prospect is short term before they take it from you.

Even if there's high traffic, which I have no clue about (with it being the .org).
Plus if there's high traffic they're gonna want it back sooner. The last guy has probably let it go after he got the cease and desist notice.
