Wanted: Service Sales letter for a pharamcuetical company required

Hi there...I own a domain name that I would love to sell to a pharmaceutical company. To do so I intend to approach them directly with a sales letter...and this is where I need some assistance.

Specifically, I am looking for someone who can help me formulate the reasons why the company should buy this domain off me and then put this into a persuasive sales letter.
