I need a simple sales video created. which I will place on YouTube. It doesn't have to be very long.

Content will be targeted at selling Website design services, so it will have some images, transitions and verbiage relating to:

Professional, friendly service
Fast turnaround
Bespoke design options
e-Commerce, Business Sites, Community focus, etc
A design to suit all budgets

That sort of thing...

Not a huge budget.

I got a video done at Fiverr (first gig) and it's the reason I will never use the site again. Saying it was amateurish would be an understatement although I guess what can you expect for 5 bucks.

Check out http://videohive.net You can buy video ad files and edit it to fit your needs. You'll have to hire someone to do the voice over.

I wouldn't rule out fiverr. Try six at $5 each - not much to lose? There are some smart people on there, and of course, some rubbish.
