Offers San-Jose.com

[philiporchard]

Am looking to sell San-Jose.com.

San Jose is 10th largest city in US with a population of 900,000.

The only other sale I can find reported of a hyphenated city domain is New-York.info which sold for $22,000 (namebio).

I have had a few sample pages designed:
http://www.san-jose.com
http://www.san-jose.com/san-jose-nightlife.html
http://www.san-jose.com/voodoo-lounge.html

Yahoo seems to have picked up on the fact that I have developed two pages relating to nightlife as it is No.7 for San Jose Nightlife...

I started a thread to find a rough valuation, and range is between 20k and 200k.

If any interest please PM me or post in this thread, thanks

[Namefox]

Does the website come with the domain?

[philiporchard]

Have had 3 template pages of the three key layouts of the site designed...

http://www.san-jose.com
http://www.san-jose.com/san-jose-nightlife.html
http://www.san-jose.com/voodoo-lounge.html

These have been designed to work with focalmedia's Powerseek directory software... So not a fully working site.

This is a domain sale, but happy to give templates at same time.

Any more offers for this domain?

I did start a thread to get an idea of valuation, so if you are interested in what people were saying about it:

Thanks for your PMs.
