While not a household name, the Santa Rosa Sound is home to some of the most beautiful beachfront property in NW Florida -- vacation, residential and commercial as in marinas. The sound also has two shorelines, the Florida mainland to the north and Santa Rosa Island to the south. Pensacola Beach to the west all the way to Fort Walton Beach to the east.

I registered it recently from a drop that had held it for over 6 years.

Opinions, appraisals, suggestion and development cooperatives welcomed.
