I have had this one for a couple of years. Would like to know what you thought it is worth. Think I should develop it.

Hi,

“Save On” is a store chain, and the term is trademarked.

So you would need to be careful how you would use it.

And there are many uses that would not infringe on the TM.

TM issues aside, value would be derived with development.

Good luck.

Thanks Kevin. It is also a grocery store chain in Canada but other physical companies can use "save on" for other wares. i.e. save on gas, saveonwebdesign, etc... I just did a trademark search for Save On and it alone is not TMed but phrases like "save on supplies" or "Sav-on" are trademarked. So no TM issues :-)
