closed scottishlaw - anyone from UK or Scotland?

I have scottishlaw (info), and was wondering of its value and how to sell it (target market), as I can't develop such a domain name.

It seems to be taken in all major TLD's and some other ones as well.

Scottish law is quite different to English law and the two are quite distinct, the differences not only include the law courts but also the policing system. For this reason the domain is unlikely to be of interest to an English end-user - informational PM sent.
