Hi everyone!

I have been trolling these boards for some time now and decided it was time. :approve:

There is an overwhelming amount of info here and I can't thank you all more.

By the looks of it, I will be heading towards developing sites instead of parking due to the fact that I dont have any decent type-in traffic domains, but some decent 'brandable' domains.

I can not wait to get more involved and see my portfolio grow from the hard work I will be putting into it. Thank You all again!

Scottsdale is excellent place and have some great memories of trips there back in late 70's and 80's . You might know a well known businessman there, Lewis Levy ?.
