I have been apprached in the past by 2 organizations tht demanded that I surrenter this domain; The National Foodball Association whic call their summer camp where they scout for talent. I have an intellectual friend who work in one of the 2 best law firms in Sam Francisco. THe NFL gave surrendered after meeting with my lawyer. However a company that sets up combines (scout camp to scout football) have me plenty of paper work to fill out. My lawer friend di charge a samll fee to assist me on this one since it tool more than a few phone calls. We decided on mitigation and the judge threw it ou within 1/2 hour.

If you develop it into, possibly a site that lists camps you can send your kids to for summer camp (or something like that- non-compeitive with Major league sports) and sit on it for a time... there should be no problem with selling it to a major league group in the future. BUT they have to come to you. In that case it is probably in the mid $xx,xxx.

They have demonstrated their interest and you now have a legal trail in your favor.

If they didn't have a registered trademark they dont have a leg to stand on. Even if they did, your site needed to be in the same field. My FIRST though of the name was the boyscouts. ;-)
