Screwed again by snapnames

So I make a bid on a premium listed name, had the highest initial bid.

Name goes to auction, I get out bid in the end. Buyer never pays... So one would assume this name would do one of two things right? Either go back into auction or go to either the second highest bidder or the highest initial bidder right? Well F*** nooo.

They give name to someone who made a minimum initial bid and did not even participate in the auction.
