This is a directory that I haven't had much time to maintain. It has over 50,000 pages indexed by Google, and it gets about 40 unique IP/visitors per day. Revenue is no more than a few dollars a day in AdSense.

I do not have reliable stats to show for the site. What I have is certainly showing many more visitors that the site actually gets.

The home page currently shows as PR3, and it has thousands of interior pages with PR. I expect that with the next toolbar PR update, PR will improve a great deal.

The site uses a custom database system that I built myself, and the database comes with the web site. I have decided not to sell the crawler with the site, mainly because I don't have the time to create a custom version just for this site. The site could be converted to a manual listing system, or switched to a different crawler, but that will be up to the new owner.

The search function searches the internal database and if no results are found, it cascades to the next XML feed. Currently if no results are found internally, it checks ExactSeek.com's feed, and if no results are found there, it falls back to SearchFeed.com's feed. This could provide added revenue for the owner.

The search function can also be used as it's own XML search feed, meaning that the owner can allow others to use the SearchDepo.com search feed in their search engines.

The search results also show sponsored results from the Independent Search Engine Directory Network, of which SearchDepo.com is a member. The membership is free, and can be transferred to the new owner.

The site is scripted in ASP running on a Windows server, and uses a MySQL database. Hosting where it is currently costs $16.95 per month.

I'm looking for offers over $2,000. I know that this is many times higher than the yearly income, but if you don't understand the potential of a site like this, you don't want this web site. If I don't get a satisfactory offer here, I may post the sale other places so I reserve the right to cancel the sale at anytime until I receive payment.

One stipulation that I have is that the buyer must sign and fax me an agreement that states that this web site will not be copied, and it's scripting, content and data will only be used on SearchDepo.com.

For those of you checking linkpop and MarketLeap, I've never used the 'www.' with this site, so you will have to use "SearchDepo.com" to do your research. Currently MarketLeap shows a Link Popularity of 4,048 and
Saturation of 158,000.

Please PM me with questions.

I show 2.4 gigs of bandwidth use so far for the month of September (I moved the site to this host at the end of August so this is pretty much all the history I have.)

I've uploaded screenshots of the account stats and the visitor stats, however the visitor stats are greatly inflated for some reason and should not be relied upon. My guess is that it is inflated due to the high number of web crawlers that crawl the site since it is so large. My best figures show an average of 40 unique IP's per day, and 145 page views per day from browsers with JavaScript enabled, so I would go with those figures. Here are the screenshots:
