Hello

Can someone explain how one goes from using mydomain.on.ca to mydomain.ca if possible.

The name is at sibername but their support was useless

Thanks in advance

Mike

*ok I have been informed by Sibername that it is not possible to change the name 7 days after registration date.

Hey,

You can register the .ca but it would require another registration fee. That is assuming there are no other second level registrations under the same domain name. In most instances where you own the second level and want to register the top level, you need to contact your registrars support.

Cheers,

Jay
