man, something like this just makes you shake your head. We have the name being hijacked from a State Rep, turned into a porn site, sold through a broker, given back to the origional owner and then the consequences, you can forget about me ever trying to broker a name in the future, this is just ridiculous....

But I am still trying to figure out who loses in this deal....Mary gets her name back, Chadwick never paid for it anyways, Chris is paying back Hal....slowly....so is everyone even once repayment is complete?

The answer is no, Daniel with Hal paid back in full, I am at a full loss of $2000 out of my pocket.

Chris, didn't you make any commission on this deal? If so, didn't you take it, or a portion of it, out of the $2000? Or did the 2k go directly fron DCC to numbnuts?

I was suppose to be commission on the entire 8000 and was really going to be worked out after the majority of the funds came in.

After the 8 months I would have made about $1000 or so from it.

But yes I just sent the funds over to "numbnuts"

Thats what has put me in such a bad position, I'm currently selling my personal property etc. to get the funds for Hal. and thats why it's slow going.

Because this is the busiest part of my semester (4th year engineering) midterms/finals etc. I haven’t been able to put my whole effort towards going after Chad.

yes this whole thing sucks but soon It won't be on Hal and only on me so at least one person will be out of this terrible situation.

the good news is, he WILL be caught and brought to justice. i'm sure he's crapping his pants daily over this. and he should. he's going to pay for what he's done. these things take time. the wheels of justice turn slowly but the do turn.

there are plently of people that have been burned by this guy 'chad' (myself included). and i'm sure many of these people have strong morals that motivate them to stick with this until chadwick pays a price.

His activity destroys business and ruins lives. Is is a HUGE deal. I personally think he should be fined hundreds of thousands of dollars and face jail time.
