Hello,

Any feedback on an appraisal for Securityman.com? Aged domain = 14 yrs(since 1997)

Thanks

I think it is not worth that much because it has appeal to a very small market.

Plus, it is gender (man) specific. Would be a better sell as a non-gender name...SecurityPerson.com

It's just going to take someone in that field to see it and want it.

How to get it in front of them to see in the first place might be difficult.

But, one place I would look is perhaps some online detective sites, security services site, or similar (IT security sites) and see if they accept classified ads on their site.

I have seen some sites that have a classified section. Typically you have to join (if its free that's great) so if you have free membership then it may be worth getting it in front of the eyes that need to see it.

Thank you Doc Com for your valuable input.

Any more opinions on this guys?

Thanks

I'd say that the age is really nice. I agree that there are problems with the gender specific nature. Basically, you will need to find a freelance personal security guy or company...which they will have many other options to hand reg. I would say the name is worth about $500-$800 to an enduser. For a domain investor...it is a nice TDNAM grab at $13-$18
