other SEDO. After transfering domain to buyer has to wait 10 days for him to confirm?

Couple days ago sold domain(sedo bin) and successfully transfered domain to the customer. The customer has 100% control of domain. But sedo does not release my payment because waiting 10 days for the buyer to confirm receiving the domain by email. Is it normal? Sedo received very good commision on my sale and doesn't even bother to check that domain has already been transfered, doesn't bother to give a buyer a call?
What do you think about such situation?

It does sound like a very long time, they are usually much more responsive.. But they do allow themselves up to 14 days for transfer transactions..

Did you contact your transaction "specialist" ?

sedo stopped using email notifications for sales, some time ago. ( because of phishing emails )

the transaction process should all take place on sedo, within your account

and if you don't log in your account, you may miss an offer.

at least that's been my experience lately, even on BIN sales with fast transfer.

as @Castion suggested, contact your transfer specialist.
