I have a credit note created on May 14th (5 days ago) and it is still unpaid. The funds were received by wire transfer (so there cannot be any problem) and I've pushed the domain in the same day.

How much time should I wait? I've never seen such a delay till now :/

Must be the week-end ? 14 was on Friday.

Yes, but now is Wednesday evening

be patient, their really good with payments. Just contact the sales person in charge of the deal.

Hello exxe,

The credit note is created to notify you the payment is being processed. This does not always mean the payment is being sent that day. If you have confirmed that your payment details are correct and your bank does not have a record of the wire, I would encourage you to reach out to your Transfer Specialist or contact our Customer Support Team via http://support.sedo.co.uk for assistance.

Thanks!

Lisa

Thanks for the reply, Lisa.

I didn't expect the payment in that day, the payment should have been sent in 1-2 business days.

It was (partially) my fault because few weeks ago I've changed the payment optiion to "Pay always via PayPal". I've been thinking the payment is sent automatically by wire if the amount is bigger than 10k even if my selected payment option is PayPal. It seems it is not :P

------

FYI, with other Escrow services (by example Moniker), in the case of transactions over 10k the payment can be sent via PayPal...
