Sedo escrow agents

I am just curious if anyone knows how Sedo's escrow agents are allocated when a new transaction is ready to be done?

Do they follow seller's geographic location, buyer's geographical location or something else? Or is it pure random which agent will deal with a particular transaction?

I have 3-4 different agents dealing with my transactions, so I have been unable to establish a clear pattern...
