Is it better to forward parked sedo domains - eg. www.sedoparking/domain etc - or is it better to change the DNS details, e.g.

NS1.SEDOPARKING.COM
NS2.SEDOPARKING.COM

In the past I ahve forwarded all my names but wondering if the DNS route is better?

Thanks
Stephen.

i have noticed a little increase in traffic after changing forwarding to DNS of sedo servers ...so i guess it is better to use sedo DNS

If you a considerable amount have subdomain traffic (games.domain.com), then it's better to use redirect.

When using SEDO's nameservers there's no wildcard in use.

Use your own see better stats, plus i've had instances of higher traffic since using my own (name had a lot of subdomain traffic).

it is 6 and 1/2 dozen really. depending on the domain.. new registrations i would go for sedo nameservers.. everything else, frame it or park on your own nameservers and forward to the sedoparking.com IP. Ensuring that you catch all subdomain traffic and forward that as www.yourdomain.com

As soon as Sedo captures wildcard subdomain and 404 traffic, there's no longer going to be any doubt about which is best. Until then, testing on a case-by-case basis is the only way to be sure which works in your specific situation.

Use your own DNS, then watch as Sedo decimates your traffic.
