Sedo Is Not Accepting My Visa Cc

Hello:
I just won a domain from sedo auction. I have been given links for payment in billing area. But when I'm attempting to pay the following error is throwing:
"Your payment could not be completed! Please check that the data is entered correctly and try again."

I checked my Name on my card, number, expiry date, cvc, .. All OK.

I used my card for long with no problem on all sites that support VISA. Do you have any idea what am I doing wrong with this payment?

no.. I used my card for hotel booking, purchasing software, server and domain payments regularly. The current limit is around 900USD

why don't you call them and ask what the problem is?

This has been refused from the credit card institute and we do not received specific information. We have unlock the credit card payment option. Please try to pay with another credit card.

This is very weird... I use my card all over the net without any problem... Anyway, I just wired the money.

Do you own a 2nd cc ? That would probably solve it..... I hate Sedo's API but I don't get errors like this often in my acct, and what did the cc co tell you ?......
