Park with domainsporsor and soon you'll know which is better. I use different services for my domains. Some domains are just better with on service. Test it out your self.

As for selling domains, yes you can sell it. If its traffic domain, sell it for at least 5 year revenue. If domain is good and brandable you should sell it for even more than 5 years revenue.

There are several good choices out there. In addition to Sedo and DS DomainHop allows you to try just a single domain with their service. If you get European traffic then Traffic Parking looks like it is a good program. Your 100 euro domain may make more there.

My experience with DS, US and UK traffics are good for DS but not for my asian. I'm not sure with sedo, I will try to park some names there too.
